Love that last comment that Jeongjo alway met his concubines and Queen in his Royal robes. The others were duty, Doek-Im was his “wife”/family.

(this one made me tear up) 

T_T. TRS will always be one of those dramas that I’ll periodically come back to because of their true historical fate.  It‘s so beautifully told with many life lessons.

just finished TRS a couple hours ago and while i had a gut feeling that he was dead every time she spoke i did not need to be brought to tears (again) with the OST playing in the background while reading this
