I agree mostly with this interpretation: "A call for individuals to strive for personal growth and excellence rather than settling for a lowest common denominator of equality. True strength and self-assurance come from acknowledging and celebrating our unique qualities, talents, and perspectives. Those who are confident in their own worth don't need to demand equality; they naturally command respect through their actions and contributions."
