Rose/Sean ending.

First of all: SPOILER!!! If you have not seen the drama don't read this!

I am a little bit confused about Sean's/Rose' ending. Have to say that I don't speak Thai at all.  Does Sean/Rose die in a few years?

The subber roed something like that down as notes. But if so, why? Because he/she has not fulfilled his/her wish from the unicorn? 

Sorry, but I did not understand that part.

Because she gave 20 years of her life to unicorn so that she could receive the wish and get close to Vier the way she wanted.But in the end she couldn't become the greatest and also Vier didn't want to get back to her so basically she lost 20 years of her life. we don't know how long she will live but she may die sojon? who knows.
