Made some screen shots for you. Works for me on Android device using chrome browser. I don't know how it works on wattpad app, don't have that.

Twitter is app version, but browser version also have that option. And you don't really need to translate from Spanish there. Some people are making mini translations in English too. If you search for #病案本 you should find those tweets.

You don't have to do anything, click on the tweet.. it will enlarge/page changes to the tweet.. at the bottom of the tweet "translate this tweet" in blue will appear. It appears only if there is a translation available (in this case, most of the time it is).. click on blue.. and eng t/l will appear right below the original tweet text

Also, add google translate chrome extension (that will automatically translate all pages..e.g. wattapad).. go to chrome story, add google translate

I'm to date with chapters and kind of miss old good times. He Yu's birthday chapters are great stress relief.

I have read many translated versions of this book and the wattpad Spanish one was the winner. Never in my dreams did I read Xie Qingchen's reactions with He Yu together. He did also scream. On He Yu's part, I didn't expect any less. The boy is a beast but poor Xie Qingchen. I think of all meatbun's gongs, Moxi is the disciplined one. The rest are beasts. 

I only read a few chapters of Yuwu but I guess the military is the key.

I'm assuming that Meatbun's possible 4th novel is going to be insane. I don't even wanna imagine how much are the leads going to suffer there. Or how crazy gong would be.
