Hmmh, maybe I should finish Smile as well sometime soon. Like you, I started it and then put it on-hold. It wasn't bad, I just stopped watching when I couldn't take all their misfortunes anymore!

Anyway, when it comes to my favorite actors, I don't think I have watched enough Japanese drama yet to properly judge but I'd say the following, already mentioned many times above:

Matsumoto Jun Especially in Kimi wa Petto he is absolutely adorable.
Mizushima Hiro He's got some boyish charm, fell for him a bit in Hana Kimi, now watching Tokyo Dogs partly because of him.
Kamenashi Kazuya Nobuta wo produce (his head-knot! <3), Yamato Nadeshiko, Tatta Hitotsu no Koi - liked him in all of those.

Oguri Shun and Yamashita Tomohisa might enter my list sometime soon but I haven't joined their fan clubs yet. :)

I'm not really a fan of his fluffy(?) hair :/ I don't know why... but I think it's not my type of boy's hair xD But anyway... His face... I must cover before I go into fan-girl mode x.x

And, Yes! Smile is really good xD I just realized it after I finished it xD

one of my all time favorite actors is Hiraoka Yuta.
another is Wakaba Ryuya.
also Kaname Jun is a personal favorite.
Mizushima Hiro definitely.
all time favorite (who isnt on the list) is Kato Kazuki though >.<

Nakamura Yuichi is suffering from uber cuteness xD Even though I didn't watch Kamen Rider... I only liked it when he starred in Moyashimon, Gokusen 2 and Delicious Gakuin xD

Nice :D I think he's quite annoying. And that's one of the reasons why I don't like hana yori dango either! And why I never finished kimi wa petto... Started to watch it in a week moment in the middle of the night... And saw 7 episodes that night. Don't think I'll ever finish it >.>

Matsuda Shota - I can't resist his eyes. My favourite F4 of all versions.
Hiroshi Tamaki - He is great in playing the clumsy guy. I love this trait of him
Kase Ryo - not a beauty for sure, but terribly expressive
