I love potatoes as well. I remember living in Colombia when I was a teenager and I went to the club on the weekends, there was a kiosk next to the tennis fields where they sell potatoes on the grill with a lot of butter ????. 

Another recipe that I make is a baked dish with slices of potatoes, ground beef and cheese 

Yummy!  I like Potatoes Au Gratin also!

I make an old school casserole with tater tots, cream of mushroom soup, ground beef, mozarella ... oh, and squash / zucchini as a sop to healthy.  LOL!  It is tasty.
