The uncut, subbed episodes will be uploaded on the Lovely Writer YouTube channel one week after it drops (region locked) on WeTV.  

It's accessible in Europe at least, hopefully elsewhere as well.
EDIT: It seems like it's accessible either on WeTV for people in SE Asia, or on Youtube outside of it.

Available in the US too! I'm so glad they are doing this. I have a free VPN that I use for WeTV, but they really needed to do that.. hopefully less pirating because of this.

Yes, it appears that it's available on YouTube everywhere outside the WeTV region lock.

Yes, it has English subs on WeTV.  But the episodes are all up on YouTube now, since it was a couple of weeks since it finished airing.

Since it has offical subs, I don't think there is a fansub anywhere. No fansubber is going to do all that work when it's already subbed. But I agree that it sucks. I sometimes take screencaps with my phone and then run them through the Google Translate app on my phone, but machine translations from Thai are notoriously bad and often don't really help at all.
