He noticed her in his first failed Operation Seagull and was taken aback by her compassion.  

The moment he saw her car park in the space where his partner thought would be available, he chuckled.  I love this moment.

Each attempt to make him notice of her worked.  

I like Doo Shik's reaction every time he saw her.  When a man is in love with a woman, he goes back being a little boy.

Poor Joo Woon who had to do extra report while Doo Shik was trying to woo Mi Hyun.

He also knows that Doo Shik likes Mi Hyun when he saw them together in the car park after their first donkatsu meal.
