Why are rich people always portrayed as evil, hungry for [more] power, bribing to get ahead etc. in kdramas? 

Read: Inheritors, Sky Castle, Melancholia and a lot more.

Do rich Koreans really act like this? LOL :D  I'm on episode 2 and I'm already tired of all the scheming.  And the kids!! OMG! I guess these type of shows are not for me.
