It's strange that they only make 26 eps for this drama after all the hurdles for setting a new town. The least they can make is 36 eps. Yes, I agree that they probably will use it to make other Song or Tang dynasty drama.

I hear 4 episodes were cut. There could be a second season if it is successful bc its case driven.
