Male lead & female lead are dating/married, but he catches her cheating

The leads are dating or married, but they have a fight and that drives the female lead into the arms of someone else. The main guy catches them and that destroys the male lead. The female lead regrets it and then spends the rest of the story trying to win him back. She succeeds in the end.
