I think the only ones that come close to your requirements are either Mixed Up Investigation Agency a.k.a. Evasive Inquiry Agency or Harvest Villa (I haven't seen Harvest Villa, but I hear it's funny + it's on my 'Plan to Watch' list).

I would also second Evasive Inquiry Agency for comedy. No romance. It's very good :)
