What's Up Fox

Panda has no angst, but the storyline isn't super thrilling. It's one of those fluffy dramas you watch after something super heavy. AAMR and Fox both have very little angst, though it takes a few episodes for the guy to get the girl.

Edit:
Didn't realize you watched Fox already. Enjoy the other two, if you decide to watch them!

Edit2:
Check out Hana Yori Dango and Hana Yori Dango 2, too.

A Gentleman's Dignity. It doesn't exactly fit your criteria but I think of it as a must watch for male drama watchers. It's a more mature drama that doesn't rely on eye candy to get views.
Here are some with romance and comedy in it:
Smiling Pasta
Miss No Good
Hi My Sweetheart
That Fool
Square Pegs
Life Made Simple
Bounty Lady
Marriage with a Fool
War of In-Laws
War of In-Laws II
Never Give Up, Dodo
My Sassy Girlfriend
