Same. I tried watching Court Lady prior to this one but it just didn't keep me interested. I only went back because I love looking at Xu Kai. I plan to go back and finish the episodes I skipped. I was watching Falling Into Your Smile with him in it and I only found out about this drama with him in it because I was actually looking for more dramas with Liu Xue Yi (Ti Qang) because I had finished Qing Luo with him in it and I was hooked. He is absolutely beautiful. So when I looked and saw the lead was Xu Kai I was like oh my the two of them in the same drama was like a dream come true. These men rock historical garments like no other they are so majestic looking. My top four historical drama leading men are these four

1. Li Hong Yi in Love Better Than Immortality Qiu Yue will always be my favorite drama character/fantasy husband I mean. The whole bad boy, sweet at heart would sacrifice his whole world for you thing he had going on had me hooked. All I want to do is see him in historical dramas and nothing else because the way the garments fall on him
2. Huang Jun Jie that man just looks like a mythical creature in historical dramas. I saw him in Screen Foxes which wasn't the best drama but he's so pretty. Like he's pretty pretty. I'm watching Truth or Dare now with him in it and I've seen Dr. Cutie. I'm looking forward to seeing him more
3. Liu Xue Yi who's our demon god in this. That man is just beautiful
4. Xu Kai of course.

There are more male actors who are beautiful in historical garments but these 4 right here. They are just unreal and beautiful. I'm looking forward to everything Xu Kai and Liu Xue Yi are in after this.

Same. I'm like get her out of here. She's a delulu. Her presence grates my nerves more than her momma. Get her out of there and away from our Bai Jue. He never shows her affection right. Like there's no intimacy between them? I know they didn't consummate their marriage but he didn't like kiss her or anything? I hope not. I'm still on episode 38 waiting on the new episodes to be released.

It's the first drama I see from Xu Kai. And I'm in love. Liu Xueyi is perfect in this role. I've also only seen episode 38 so far. I feel like there's a lot of suffering in the next few episodes, but I'm completely overwhelmed by the story.  Li Hongyi was really amazing in Love Better Than Immortalitty, one of my favorite dramas.

what will happen to jing zhao in the end ? i read different things,, some say she will gone crazy and some say her power will get stripped off and banished to lower realm with her mother.. can somebody explain pls..

I didn't find anything about her ending. Only that his mother and brother will be punished. I think her biggest punishment is not having Bai Jue's love. But, I still hope she has a suitable punishment.

she better gets heavy punishment too cuz she poisoned baijue and basically working with her evil mother.. for a moment i thought she loves him sincerely and i felt bad for her cuz baijue doesn't love her back and kinda feel pity for her but after the poison scene i got really mad.. she doesn't love him truly and all she care is about power !! like her mom !!

The one really punished in the novel was Wu Huan, JingYan regreds and go on self reflection, JingZhao just stays in the lower realm with her mother, but nothing really happens to her. But in the drama I don't know, I think something will be done because she did poisoned Bai Jue.

Why does she poison him exactly?

I found it very strange when Bai Jue agreed to travel with Jing Zhao right after waking up. Now all makes sense. He never lost the memories of Quimmu or his life before. He was acting all along to drive Houchi away. This is painful.
