crime shows

i usually watch these types of shows on https://dramanice.so/ , or viki.com . it's better to check viki first because the first site i listed sometimes has pop up ads ( they don't harm your computer or anything, you just need to exit the pop up and you'll be good ). 

also, some of these shows are not specifically about crime, but they do have darker themes.
