Because I now again have fallen into the trap of trying to rate things objectively, a separate list for my favourite shows is an order.

3/4 10.0s are the top 3, every other rating isn't in descending order because their scores are objective, this list is objective.

Unlike my favourite actresses/actors list, this one is ranked. also if the series has sequels, I'm only putting the first season

gets the number 1 spot because like with anime, I much prefer long, episodic series with manly men and that cool 80s vibe. Google 'City Hunter'
2. The Worst of Evil

Korean Drama - 2023, 12 episodes

of the current 4 10/10s I have on my list, this is the only one that does not have an ideal ending, and the only Korean instead of Japanese and 1 of 2 that got a 10/10 entirely thanks to quality. For those of you who know me well (none of you), you know that I am VERY hard to please with non ideal endings, but The Worst of Evil had such an amazing story with perfect buildup and a very realistic conclusion.

5. Kou Kou Kyoushi

This is one of the very very few pieces of fictional media that has made me feel real emotion beyond humour. Plus the ending genuinely got me in pain haha

idk why but I always think of that song when I see this series. I don't live exactly like Kuwano, but I do enjoy indulging in similar lifestyle choices (peace and serenity being alone at times, the simple things in life)

That song stuck in my head. Every time I think about this K-Drama I get the desire to give K-Drama a shot again
