It's cute and simple to watch but I hope it moves onto something new.  It's like when you already know the end of the joke but you have to sit through someone explaining it along the way.  It can be interesting the first time but it gets old. 

My guess is that this was written for a much younger audience.  By young, I mean 10 years old.  It's just frustrating when the writer has very low expectations of their audience.

My fault for not looking up the screenwriters.

The poster looks like something an amateur would've created using a pirated Photoshop, back in the late 90s.  Which was then recovered this year and enhanced to appear modern.

However, great first episode.  I'm particularly enjoying the performance by the child actress with her deadpan delivery.

What a clunky start.  Much of the conflict seems like not much of a conflict.
