Dramas in 2026

A great watch. The main cast was great, loved the FL's energy and character. The ML's progression was also nice to watch; his interactions with the Dreaams' front office, especially with the FL, were great and very funny at times, as he would get them heated. Seeing the development and growth of the whole franchise, as a team and a "family," was a joy to watch.

The time spent on the players was also handled very well, showcasing nicely their growth as a baseball team, as well as a family, which was heartwarming. The show spent an ample amount of time on a few of the players, their love for the sport, the problems in their lives, and their desire to continue playing.

The side plots were also not bad; the owner growing a pair and standing up to his uncle, as well as his dynamic with the ML.

The ML was a very good character, stoic but caring. Watching him become more a part of the team, building a bond with those around him, and fixing the relationship with his brother was great. The scene where he held the baby was pretty emotional.

Very well put together, a gem of a drama. Honestly, a mix of some of my favorite tropes, fake marriage, found family, and multiple couples. The quality kept up until the very end.

The story is very simple, but the setting makes it refreshing, as I've never seen a drama with said setting. The cast being in different stages of life made it diverse and saved it from being repetitive. The production is great.

The strongest part of the show is the cast and their dynamics. It's a joy seeing them grow and build connections, especially ML becoming a part of the FML's family.

Unique, to say the least, especially for a drama marketed as a "rom-com". The vibe was very different, loved the cinematography and changes of scenery—nevertheless, a fun watch with more to be desired. Really enjoyed the psychological aspect of the show; it gave it a freshness and saved the story from becoming stale. The acting by the FML was great, one of the better young actresses.

The initial concept of the show was solid; however, it suffered over time because there was too much going on. Especially towards the end, the sudden reveal was not good and was handled offscreen, which made it somewhat pointless imo.

The FML's character was the best part of the show; the switching made the interactions between the main leads interesting. Her overcoming the alternate persona and trauma was handled pretty well. The twist regarding her persona — although unexpected — was welcomed. The back and forth between the leads was repetitive and unnecessary.

The ML was decent; his characterization could've been better, but he was fine for what he was.

The side cast, however, was handled very poorly, especially Hiro, for him to be such a major character and to receive such a lackluster characterization and conclusion was disappointing. Although he was supposed to be the "prince from her dreams", they didn't flesh out that idea throughout the show at all. Likewise, the second romance was undeveloped and rushed. For her to get over such a long relationship so fast was eh.

Overall, a nice story paired with solid acting, great visuals, and colors. Was not expecting what I saw, but it passed my expectations.

Perhaps one of the most satisfying dramas to watch. Seeing the bullies get thrashed and punished was refreshing. The overarching storyline was also decent. The main cast was solid. Although somewhat cliché, I especially enjoyed the banter between the ML and his FiL, both great actors.

Overall, a fun and engaging season.

A fun watch, nothing crazy. The plot was a bit over the top at times, especially the death fake-outs, which happened a few times. The ML's acting was pretty solid, his chemistry with the fml was good, many funny scenes, especially her finding him attractive. The cast was decent overall, many cliche characters, but fine to an extent.

The father, seeing the state of his family and realizing his mistakes, was nice to see. I'm glad they delved more into how we find different things valuable, irreplaceable by money to an extent. The ML realizing that his children ruined the soccer player's life was great. \

The character conclusions were good for some, and not for others. I liked how they handled the son, giving him somewhat of a change of heart and redemption. However, the elder daughter's conclusion was lackluster; although she had a harsh ending, it was a bit too easy of a way out after all she'd done. Keeping her sane and having the guilt of what she did to her family would have been better, imo.
