Kdrama's
All the Kdrama's I have ever watched since 2020 in chronological order. (I hope I included them all, because there are a lot!)
Currently obsessed with My Royal Nemesis!
I will add personal comments from now one after watching new kdrama's.
Enjoy this list!
-
1. Oh My Venus
Korean Drama - 2015, 16 episodes
This was a very cute series. I think that this was one of my very first series that I watched. Loved the chemistry between the characters.
-
2. Itaewon Class
Korean Drama - 2020, 16 episodes
During covid I was HOOKED with this series. Even my dad was watching it with me after a while. Love dit and it gives me nostalgia of the lockdown and being at high school. :)
-
3. Something in the Rain
Korean Drama - 2018, 16 episodes
To be honest the storyline was very good, but I never pushed myself to finish this drama. I guess it was just not for me. Can't give it a valid reasonable rating but I will give it a 6 just because I couldn't finish it. The actors were great.
-
4. Tempted
Korean Drama - 2018, 32 episodes
I started to watch this series, because of the actors. To be honest I really liked to storyline from the start, but they did the second lead (so the best friend of the main lead) kind of dirty, which I hated when I watched it.
I did finish the whole series, but the ending and how the 'second lead' was treated I hated that. Also the main character deserved better. I know that this was part of the plot, but it was not my cup of tea.
I also hated the fact that the ML friend was showing a lot of affection towards the second female lead but she only saw it kinda at the end?
I don't know guys it was not for me.
-
5. Cinderella and the Four Knights
Korean Drama - 2016, 16 episodes
From what I remember of the plot of this series is that I really liked the chemistry of the FL with the ML and that they were very cute with each other. She was also a strong female lead with her own will and I love when they show this more in kdrama's, instead of a FL that has no personality and is constantly to 'scared' to have her own will.
I have to rewatch this soon tbh! Will update a more valid comment when I rewatch it! :)
-
6. My Secret Romance
Korean Drama - 2017, 13 episodes
This kdrama was aight. I loved to watch it during cleaning or eating you know? LOL
Storyline was cute.
I would give it a 6. Don't think I will rewatch it again.
-
7. Chocolate
Korean Drama - 2019, 16 episodes
From what I remember from this kdrama is that I cried A LOT. It was so good.
The chemistry between the characters was very real.
I don't remember much of the whole story so I definitely need to rewatch this again sometime.
-
8. Weightlifting Fairy Kim Bok Joo
Korean Drama - 2016, 16 episodes
I loved this drama! Is it bad for me to say that I couldn't finish this drama anymore, because of the relationship the actors could've had have in real life </3. So sad.
After that I kinda dropped it. But it was really good, especially the chemistry between the ML and the FL (which is logical).
-
9. When the Camellia Blooms
Korean Drama - 2019, 40 episodes
I loved this series, but again I couldn't get myself to finish it because the plot and getting to the point took too long for me.
Chemistry was really good and the storyline was very interesting!
-
10. Hotel del Luna
Korean Drama - 2019, 16 episodes
Started to watch this with a friend back when this was out, but we kind of never finished it. Sad because the story was good. Loved the ML and the character development in the FL.
Also the outfits she (FL) was wearing were a solid 10/10.
-
11. Strong Girl Bong Soon
Korean Drama - 2017, 16 episodes
This series is SOOO good. AGAIN I'm devastated after finding out HE HAD FEELING FOR HER IN REAL LIFE. Come on now.
Still need to watch the last 4 episodes after finding that out back at that time.
(Maybe I need to finish a kdrama first before searching everything about the cast on the internet </3)
Female lead had a strong (literally) personality, which I loved. The chemistry between the characters was amazing (which is logical). Even the second lead was cute and had great chemistry with the ML and the FL.
-
12. It's Okay to Not Be Okay
Korean Drama - 2020, 16 episodes
Started this series, because I really like the FL. The outfits she was wearing throughout this WHOLE series 10/10. Sadly it took to long for me to just get to the point and after finding out the ML is problematic I am sure I will never finish it.
The storyline/plot was great! The brother's acting of the ML was absolutely amazing. So I would defo recommend it.
-
13. Boys over Flowers
Korean Drama - 2009, 25 episodes
After watching my first c-drama I had to start this series. Love the differences and the resemblance of all the remakes of this series (also F4 thailand). It shows how much impact this story line (which also is a remake of the original) has!
I still need to finish it, but please it has 40 episodes </3. I had to take a little break. BUT I will finish it for sure in the future.
10/10 recommend.
-
14. Cheese in the Trap
Korean Drama - 2016, 16 episodes
Can't remember much of the storyline, but I found a little note in my phone back at the time about this series and I wrote down:
Weird series. The storyline is alright, but the first lead is sketchy (no clue). Second lead syndrome.
My past self has spoken so I take her word for it LOL.
-
15. I'm Not a Robot
Korean Drama - 2017, 32 episodes
It was cute, but come one that I doesn't get a allergic reaction from her, because (I guess) it was all psychological and she kind off 'cured' it. Idk about yall but it was not my thing.
Their chemistry was cute tho!
Solid 7. Would watch it if you clean or if you want to watch something during lunch.
-
16. Start-Up
Korean Drama - 2020, 16 episodes
I remember being hooked to this series. Fun series and good actors. I had second lead syndrome tho.
Loved the storyline and that the two leads were fighting over her. Was cute.
-
17. Run On
Korean Drama - 2020, 16 episodes
Mixed feelings about this series. The start was good, but in the middle it took so long to get to the point. The ending was mid.
I hated that there wasn't more screentime for the second couple, because after a while I was genuinely more interested in them than the main couple.
Would not watch it again to be honest.
-
18. A Love So Beautiful
Korean Drama - 2020, 24 episodes
I think I dropped it, because it took to long to get to the point. It was cute tho.
-
19. She Was Pretty
Korean Drama - 2015, 16 episodes
Terrible. I only gave it a try because I really loved the male lead back then, but this story was terrible. I dropped it the moment she did not feel secure in her own skin.
Maybe the ending is good, but even so I would not give it another try.
-
20. The Uncanny Counter
Korean Drama - 2020, 16 episodes
Such a good storyline and series!! Still need to finish it tho.
I love a strong FL and a clueless but a lot of development in the ML.
Will defo finish this series in the future.
-
21. Romance Is a Bonus Book
Korean Drama - 2019, 16 episodes
THIS SERIES WAS SOOOOO GOOOOOD. The chemistry between the actors, 10/10.
To be honest it is one of my comfort series.
Haven't watched it for a long time so if I have time I will defo watch it again.
The story line was very interesting and I have to say that ML was WHIPPED for the FL. At first I was skeptical about the 'I see you as a brother', but no it was definitely not weird but very very cute!
Would recommend this series!
-
22. Do Do Sol Sol La La Sol
Korean Drama - 2020, 16 episodes
Not for me, couldn't finish it.
-
23. Vincenzo
Korean Drama - 2021, 20 episodes
Everytime I restart this series I never bring myself to finish it, which is a pity because I know the plot is very good.
I will try again in the future.
-
24. Squid Game
Korean Drama - 2021, 9 episodes
Not to be biased but this series was the first Korean series that switched my whole perspective on the storyline and production of furture series. Not only korean series but also international series.
It was something I have never seen before. The impact this series had in 2021 was absolutely insane. Maybe the same equivalent of Barbenheimer in 2023.
The storyline was actually very uncomfortable at first, but the more I watched it the more I was rooting for the ML and all of his 'friends' he made during the games.
The emotional bound you have with these characters during watching is insane and kudos to the producers and the actors for making the viewer feel this way.
SPOILERS AHEAD!!!
Besides that I CRIED that player 067 died at the end and never saw her brother again. Also the pebbles scene AND the betrayal of the ML childhoods best friend. Insane.
------
Have to say they should've have ended this series after season 1. The second and third season was kind of rushed and not only that, it had to exceed the expectations of season 1. Still watched all of them of course.
The ending of season 3 was great and the message for the viewer was very impactful and important for the viewer to realize. That is something that I really liked about the absolute ending of this whole series. --> More detailled review/comment at the season 3 Squid Game section of this list.
-
25. Hometown Cha-Cha-Cha
Korean Drama - 2021, 16 episodes
Really loved this series!!!!
The chemistry between the ML and the FL was really good. He was acting so nonchalant towards her, but pfff behind the scenes he was doing everything for her. Urgh
Loved this story.
Have to say I did not finish it yet, but I already know it will be good!
-
26. Suspicious Partner
Korean Drama - 2017, 40 episodes
I never finished this series. Idk why tbh. Will update my comment after I finish it!
-
27. My Name
Korean Drama - 2021, 8 episodes
FAV SERIES OF ALLLL TIMEEEEE!!!! First of all the STORY. Insanely good.
Strong FL who wants revenge for the death of her father. The character development and how she finds out who betrayed her the most was 10/10 story writing. Kudos to the director.
The fighting scenes were beautifully executed.
When she falls in love with the cop/investigator I CRIEDDDDDDDDD (tragic ending).
I always recommend this series if someone wants a more action kind of korean series.
100/10 recommend!
-
28. Tomorrow
Korean Drama - 2022, 16 episodes
Loved this series so much. Also one of my fav series. It is a good korean series that includes a good solid story line, a lot of action and fighting for peoples lives.
Had me sitting at the point of my chair sometimes.
Bonus: Ro Woon and Lee Soo Hyuk were so hot in this series. Had to say it yall!
Also the FL is so badass, we love to see it!
-
29. Business Proposal
Korean Drama - 2022, 12 episodes
SOOOO Good. Loved this series. The chemistry between the ML and the FL INSANE. The second couple (the besties of the main characters), URGH, their chemistry was off the charts.
This is where Samantha and Rachel started and it will never end, because a lot of people mention this joke with other series. That alone explains how good this series is.
Because I'm writing the most of these comments in 2026, it is absolutely insane to see how big of an impact this series had on other kdrama's and even Kpop Demon Hunters. Come on now, that alone explains how PEAK this series is.
The Ahn Hyo Seop who plays the ML also acts in a new series called 'Sold Out on You (2026)' and even in THIS series you can see the impact of Business Proposal and the inside jokes. Even KDH is mentioned.
Also in 'My Royal Nemesis' the line 'my card is unlimited' or something between those lines is mentioned.
Conclusion: this series and Tae Mu are still never forgotten and insanely iconic.
-
30. W
Korean Drama - 2016, 16 episodes
Haven't finished it yet, but I really liked the story so far. Will update if I finish it!
-
31. The K2
Korean Drama - 2016, 16 episodes
Don't know why I did not finish this series. Maybe the plot took too long to get to the point?
-
32. Alchemy of Souls
Korean Drama - 2022, 20 episodes
The story and the visual effects of this series are very good. I couldn't finish it tho for some reason.
But I definitely recommend this series if you like a little bit of fantasy.
Loved the chemistry in both the first FL and the 'reincarnated' version of the FL.
-
33. Doom at Your Service
Korean Drama - 2021, 16 episodes
Love this series soooo much! The chemistry between the actors is so good.
The storyline is great, but also kind of sad.
Still need to finish it tho, but overall I really like it so far.
-
34. Bloodhounds
Korean Drama - 2023, 8 episodes
Love a good action series with an amazing plot. The accuracy in which they portrayed fighting/boxing scenes was impressive.
Love the chemistry between the two actors. Great friendship. Also when the trio developed between and the chemistry between the girl and two guys started was very cute.
Sadly I couldn't bring myself to finish this series after finding out the girl actor passed away. So sad. Maybe in the future I will finish it and also start season 2.
-
35. My Demon
Korean Drama - 2023, 16 episodes
LOVE this series. The chemistry between the two actors ML and FL is insane.
Love that he was a little stubborn at first but had a major development after catching feelings for the FL.
Still need to watch the ending of this series, but I can already say it was one of my fav kdrama's to watch.
Bonus point: He is so hot I can't even. The shower scene? Helloooooo.
ALSO the outfits of this FL were off the charts. SOOO GOOD! I want her closet.
-
36. Love Next Door
Korean Drama - 2024, 16 episodes
The storyline was okay and the chemistry between the actors was alright.
It was not just a fluffy, cute, romance storyline, but a really in depth emotional storyline of the ML who had suffered from a lot of things of his past, but also the FL.
Have to say I hate the miscommunication and that it takes so long to talk it out with eachother.
Will probably not watch it again, but it was alright.
-
37. Extraordinary Attorney Woo
Korean Drama - 2022, 16 episodes
Absolutely loved this series.
First of all the FL who has a form of autism has put an incredible performance throughout this series. I have never watched someone portray a character this good. (Maybe the actor who played the brother of the ML in 'It's okay to be not okay').
BUT I hated the miscommunication and the ending. I hope they will give us a season 2, but by the looks of it, I don't think we will.
Cried a couple of times, because the love that the ML had for the FL was so beautiful. Would love to see more of them together, which makes me sad that we did not had more episodes or a season 2.
-
38. Squid Game Season 2
Korean Drama - 2024, 7 episodes
See my comment from Squidgame season 1 for a more in depth review.
What I already said before is that another season was defo not needed. The story was okay to watch and loved the new characters they introduced us to, but the ending of this whole series was just not that good as season 1.
This is also understandable, because the first season was something new for everyone and the expectations of season 2 and 3 were for that reason very high.
Overall they did great and the actors did an amazing job in portraying their feelings during the games.
-
39. KPop Demon Hunters
Movie - 2025
The movie was great, but I couldn't feel an connection at all between the FL and the ML.
Overall it is a children's movie so it was great for the target group. Also the animation and songs were very sick. Loved it.
I think it is also cute to see how big of an impact this movie had internationally on a lot of kids. Very cute to see.
-
40. Sold Out on You
Korean Drama - 2026, 12 episodes
I genuinely love this series. The storyline was great and the chemistry between the main leads is very genuine.
SPOILERS AHEAD!!!
The backstory of the ML of his tragic accident of the cream he made and the guilt he feels is very good portrayed. Especially the bond the little girl has with the ML. So sad to see that scene when she says that she was not mad at him at all. Poor girl.
The backstory of the female lead was incredibly good incorporated in the backstory of the ML. They both suffered from the cream accident. (This sounds kind of weird, please stay with me).
I loved that the FL was not mad, but she was sad that he did not told her sooner. But the overall communication was great.
Also I love how he cared for her during her sleep walking times and that he did not once told her that the number of her mother was now his, to not make her feel bad or sad. So lovely to watch.
The backstory of the FL besides the cream accident, such a the relationship she has with her parents is very good portrayed. It makes me as a viewer kind of sad to see why she is acting this way towards her father, but I also understand her point of view.
-----
Overall I would recommend this series if you want a more serious story line with a cute relationship story. I want to say more but to be honest watch it yourself, because you will enjoy it much more this way.

41. My Royal Nemesis
Korean Drama - 2026, 14 episodes
THIS SERIES IS INSANE. THE YEARNING FROM THE ML. I have never watched such a genuine, lovely and understandable ML in a kdrama before.
This man yearns (and earns) that it is hard to accept that he is a fictional character (makes me so sad). He understands the FL so well and does not get mad at her at all when she turns him down not once but TWICE.
Of course he gets frustrated at her at some points throughout the series, but never mad. He wants to be there for her 24/7. Such a yearner.
The last scene of episode 9 was incredibly portrayed by Heo Nam Jun. He was so frustrated and only wants her to see him. He even says that he doesn't mind if she uses him, in which she gets mad, because she loves him.
Okay enough about him. The acting of Im Ji Yeon is incredible. I have never watched one of her series before, so this is my first series of her that I watch. I heard from a lot of viewers that she was an amazing villain in 'The Glory'......
