2024 so far

The Good:  The perfect romantic coming of age drama.  Childhood one-sided crush brought to fruition "only after" adulthood, and played out in the smoothest, realest, most fantasyest way! LOL ;)  The ML and FL are a perfection souffle!  Zhao Lu Si and Chen Zhe Yuan, were an absolute stunning pairing of chemistry perfection!  You should get the idea, that if you are a romantic drama lover, this one is a MUST-watch. The story? Fantastic, plots? Fantastic, cast? 100% fantastic.  Ticks every box for a perfect 10 romantic drama. Supreme utterly perfect.

The Bad:  Ziltch, imo.

9.8   I watched this in 2023, but it's so worthy of re-watch, I've just watched it again this year and will probably watch multiple times hereafter.

The drama is exactly as the title emplies.  Our sweer fl set a course that no circumstance could deviate.   With a surety beyond her years, she knew who she wanted , aimed and few straight toward our ml.    She was never obnoxious, agressive,  stalker, she didnt even cross the super annoying line.   We just all knew what she wanted and we all wanted it for her in the worst way.  SWhy?  She is worthy and He, green flag worthy.    If I could have flown so boldly and single-mindedly  toward my crush, my life would have been drastically different.

This is a great, feel good, coming of age story written by the same writer of Hidden Love.   Of the two, this drama was out first, though.  WIFTY is playful, wholesome, well cast, well acted, and the whole production has a "down memory lane" yet modern very present feel.  The OTP romance is cute and very well paced.  The fl intentions for the ml, are so streamlined and so pure, yet never over done.  The ml is calm and chill, yet never rude and disrespectful. He even had a weakness that was the fl's strength.  There are the usual tropes that are a must with these highscool - adults  drama, and actually would be missed if they didn't appear.   I gave this drama a 9.8, I tell you I was hooked from the beginning and binged every second till the wonderful end.

It's a kind of glory to see such unwavering pure and bright love in this day and age, so I'll watch it where I can find.    And Here it is.
