True Strong Female Leads

My absolute favorite historical drama. Not only can she beat your ass but she's witty and smart, being able to juggle the palace life almost with ease during her journey to take revenge against people that truly deserve it. She truly follows her goals, even putting them before her true love. SPOILER: no happy ending, so be warned (still the best thing ever tho)

Although the female lead is incredibly smart and strong-willed, she focuses on true love too much for my own taste (if you like that though, it's a definite watch) instead of her goals.  SPOILER: Semi-Happy Ending, i guess (bittersweet)

Physically strong female lead, that is smart too with an absolute goal she follows through with till the end. Male lead is supportive of her. SPOILER: Happy End.

Might not be considered "strong" in the normal sense, since the male lead throws her around quite a bit, but she's strong-willed. Learns to use a gun later on (although not really that important to the plot) but it's really just a trope-ridden, badly made C Drama with a possessive lead. SPOILER: Happy Ending.

Bloody and no-romance(!) movie with incredibly strong-willed female lead that takes hardcore revenge. WARNING: Not for the soft-minded. SPOILER: Happy End, i guess?

Very physically strong female lead (trained killer), but maybe not incredibly smart (she gets used a lot by people). WARNING: bloody action movie. SPOILER: Bitter End.

Physically strong and smart female lead that stops at nothing to rescue her sister. Only sismance and nothing beyond an average action movie with blood. WARNING: bloody action movie. SPOILER: Sad Ending.
