DRAMAS I WATCHED IN 2026
-
1. Glory
Chinese Drama - 2025, 36 episodes
No comment, just this one Letterboxd review that I feel like sums up my feelings about this drama fairly well: "The only thing that was left was seeing lu jianglai going through pregnancy."
-
2. The Judge Returns
Korean Drama - 2026, 14 episodes
Ji Sung, the chemistry king!! He's so fun to watch.
-
3. Revenged Love
Chinese Drama - 2025, 24 episodes
Toxic yaoi, let's go!!
Overall, I enjoyed this, but if I had to re-watch it, I think I'd skip a few episodes in the middle part because they caused me so much anxiety and was not worth the stress lol.
Turns out I'm not a real fan of snakes...

4. Yumi's Cells Season 3
Korean Drama - 2026, 8 episodes
I was really nervous about this season because I could not see how Kim Jaewon could surpass Yumi's exes (plus I thought he looked kinda goofy in those glasses at first) but dang, I had so much fun watching it!! They were so cute together.
Truly a crime we only got 8 episodes instead of 14...

5. Her Private Life
Korean Drama - 2019, 16 episodes
This was cute and the leads had so much chemistry.
Ryan Gold, my favorite LGBT ally!!
-
6. Trigger
Korean Drama - 2025, 10 episodes
If evil, than why hot??
Kim Namgil...he carries so much sadness in his eyes...
-
7. Filing for Love
Korean Drama - 2026, 12 episodes
Positive communication? In my rom-com?? It's more likely than you think.
Low-key wish they had kept up with the comedic vibes from the first half because the succession subplot was just not that interesting, but oh well.
I loved how fleshed out the office was. Like it actually feels like a place where people come to work, not just a prop for the for the main romance. Minor characters with interiority, we love to see it!!
What was the point of the 2nd FL?? To make everyone feel miserable?? I don't necessarily mind unlikeable characters, but at least be interesting and/or fun to watch.
