4. Tribes and Empires: Storm of Prophecy
Chinese Drama - 2017, 75 episodes
The cast, the music, the history! I find myself chanting Muru to motivate myself when I am running in the hills because of this drama. This story has to be continued.

Chinese Drama - 2019, 56 episodes
Bai Lu is strong and delicate in this drama; the chemistry, and comradery between the actors makes this drama special, and the OST is amazing!

6. Untouchable Lovers
Chinese Drama - 2018, 54 episodes
Bai Lu was amazing as the general. Song Wei Long is an amazing actor.

7. Song of Phoenix
Chinese Drama - 2017, 72 episodes
Ma Ke as Qu Yuan displaying wisdom and stillness was integral to this drama, and he nailed it. Again the history was interesting and compelling, and left you wanting to learn more.

8. Secret of Three Kingdoms
Chinese Drama - 2018, 54 episodes
Elvis Han, Ma Tian Yu, and Regina Wan are amazing together. Gardner Tse as Cao Cao is perfect.

9. The Story of Ming Lan
Chinese Drama - 2018, 78 episodes
Character flaws and weaknesses abound in this drama, which makes it touching. The romance was is important in that it helped the characters develop as people. Teresa Liu as young Ming Lan was riveting-how they got that child to display that level of emotion was amazing.
