Favourite Dramas
A few of my drama favourites! Like them or hate them, I will love them regardless! <3
I cherished these dramas because of the way they made me feel and the enjoyment I got out of them by trying to figure out plot points and what would happen next. That's half the fun for me which is why I enjoyed W - Two Worlds so much - it caught me by surprise every time! Same could be said with Bridal Mask towards the end ^^
I hope you enjoy them as much as I did!

1. W
Korean Drama - 2016, 16 episodes
1: W - Two Worlds - loved the story, the animation, the villains, the theme song, the way it made me think about the concepts and context it was examining - loved everything about this drama! Also loved Kang Chul's cameo in , Weightlifting Fairy Kim Bok Joo - Best Cameo Ever!!

2. The Bridal Mask
Korean Drama - 2012, 28 episodes
2: Bridal Mask - loved the story and kept having the sudden urge to yell "각시탈!"
The angst, the betrayal, the spies, the bodyguard?, the lead up to the ending episodes!! @_@ I was on the edge of my seat the whole way! Even though I felt the ending was a bit anti-climatic, it made sense. I don't know what kind of ending I would have wanted instead so that will have to do ^^. Just watch it!! :D

3. Boys over Flowers
Korean Drama - 2009, 25 episodes
3: Boys Over Flowers - because the F4 is dayum fine! <3
I also really enjoyed the conflict between Gu Jun Pyo and Yoon Ji Hoo - I felt like I never really knew who Geum Jan Di was going to end up with until the very end! (I mean as far as who would be there for her vs who she would actually end up liking the most, if that makes sense). It's hard to write these kinds of things without giving spoilers >_<
This drama holds a special place in my heart being the 2nd drama I watched and it being where my obsession with Kim Hyun Joong and SS501 began! <3 My friend also recommended that I watch this drama. That paired with Lee Min Ho's awesomeness was the catalyst in spawning my love for Korean dramas! I hope this drama has the same affect on you too. In my opinion, it's a great drama for newbies as it has quite a few of the classic troupes and cliches to enjoy. I also really liked the subs I had which were really helpful in explaining cultural references like the apology apple and honorifics.
