playing dress up

okay obviously you need to watch part 1 to understand part 2, but the world of Arthdal is super cool and interesting. i want to know so much more. part 3 is also good, but part 2 is arguably my favorite part of s1

yes it's long, but i remember being captivated by the story when i watched it. the aesthetics are top notch, and you'll more than likely stay for the side characters

high quality aesthetics. you have a story that shows how true love can withstand three lifetimes of heartbreak and suffering, how it can change people for better and worse. 

feng jiu and dijun are just so sweet and adorable. feng jiu can warm even the coldest of stone hearts, and she learns how to become more mature in the process

this is just a lighthearted goofy drama. it'll make you laugh and cringe and keep watching until the very end.

wow. honestly one of the few costume dramas i’ve seen that doesn’t irritate me to no end from the mains’ stupidity. they show real problems regarding the desire for power and “justice” ina great way

yup, this is one of those dramas where the FL disguises herself as a dude. the romance is sweet, and the side characters are to die for. 

a must watch historical drama for any kdrama fan. while not by any means perfect, there are slices of wonderful scenes littered throughout the 20 episodes. stick around for the sweet romance, the gut-wrenching heartache, and the eye candy (wink wink)

this wouldn't ever happen in real life, but if you disregard that you have a beautiful drama filled with people who yearn to do what's right in a time where people who seek power in the wrong ways are at every turn

if you're a sucker for dramas about a group of besties, this is a good drama for you. they're kinda like the scooby gang (scooby doo), but with only a few mysteries to solve. and it's ancient china.

we stand for STRONG INDEPENDENT WOMEN who don't just accept when injustices are enacted upon them. yes, yes, and yes. also a shameless ML who does what he must to protect and accompany his lover

this is a fun drama. this isn't in any actual historical setting, but in an imaginary setting based on the plot the the FL makes for her script. it's got a plot that discusses the issues in patriarchal societies, and the issues that arise in the FL's matriarchal society.

okay, you've definitely gotten this recommended to you a ridiculous amount of times. i likely have no further additions.

deng lun and mark chao make a fine duo. lots of fun action, and a plot twist that i didn't see coming
