Which Asian dramas and movies do you think do the “enemies to lovers” trope best? You are welcome to add appropriate titles to this list.
Whether it was making me laugh, making me cry a river or just making me feel some warmth inside, they all brought me comfort when I needed it.
These are my recommendations for getting into Chinese dramas, these are the ones I think you should watch. They have amazing stories, romance, characters, and will help you get into the world of C-dramas 😊
Well, I tried. I REALLY did. (Enough said)Here's a chronological* list of dramas and movies I tried to watch as much as possible of (but failed miserably) BUT HAD to drop for my own precious sanity, since starting watching Asian shows in September '22.*From earliest (top) to most recent ones (bottom).DISCLAIMER: my short reviews below may contain spoilers !I admit it can be hard for me to drop a drama. And that's one of the main reasons this DROPPED List is so short since I started watching dramas in September 2022. I clearly suffer from FOMO but, no worries, I'm working on it. Slowly but surely. 😉Before I decide to finally drop a show, I like to give it a -more than!- fair chance. I usually watch at least the first 4-5 episodes of a Asian drama (or the first 7-8 episodes of a -usually longer- Chinese series).I doubt I'll ever give any of these titles another try in the future. It's not that I don't want to (well, some I clearly don't. Like never !) but time is of the essence here, guys ! 😅IMPORTANT: As a matter of principle, I don’t rate shows unless I’ve watched at least half of the episodes. And the ones I did rate were, in my opinion, usually done very generously.
