I could not even finish this show because it was just so emotionally draining and put me in a bad place every time I watched it.
2. Kami no Kiba - JINGA

This show is certified garbage.
It's a pre-villain origin story, so you already don't want to root for him. Then that backstory is not the backstory of "our" Jinga, with this being some sort of previous life. But the show never clarifies this, just making it seem like a super confusing retcon. And then they retcon how the villains work, making them sympathetic and you just want to punch Jinga for beating up kids and rape victims.
It only gets any points at all because the characters of the week are so sympathetic on their own.
3. Zyuden Sentai Kyoryuger

(Gold Storm is a better Ryuuga!Garo in theory, but that season also has Jinga who can also fuck off.)
