Park Chang Hoon is a South Korean actor. He graduated from Hanyang University with a bachelor's degree in Theater and Film.

He has appeared in several stage plays since 2016 and in an independent web drama in 2017. He also participated as a reenactment actor in a few episodes of "Love Naggers Season 2" in 2019 and in "Love Naggers Season 3" under the stage name Park Seo Ha.

He made his official debut in 2021 with a role in the movie "Ordinary Romance: When The Wind Blows" and with a minor role in the BL drama "Peach of Time".

He is currently represented by Y1 Entertainment (와이원엔터테인먼트) and has returned to using his birth name.
