Hong Seung Han, known simply as Seunghan, is a South Korean singer, dancer and former member of RIIZE (라이즈). He graduated from Seoul Performing Arts High School. Before debuting, he spent 2 and a half years as a trainee at SM Entertainment (SM엔터테인먼트).

In 2022, he was announced as one of the newest members of SM Entertainment's trainee team called SMROOKIES. He made his debut in September 2023 as RIIZE's dancer and vocalist, with their single album, "Get a Guitar".

On November 22, 2023, SM Entertainment announced that he was taking indefinite hiatus from activities due to several controversies involving his past behavior.

On October 11, 2024, after nearly 11 months on hiatus, the agency announced his return to the lineup for the group's next comeback. The controversy over his return to the lineup divided the fanbase with international fans supporting it and domestic fans mostly against it, even having plans to boycott the group's activities.

Two days later, SM Entertainment announced that he would not return to RIIZE. Instead, he made his debut as a solo artist in July 2025 with the single "Waste No Time".
