Todoroki Kenji, born Sato Masao in Otake, Hiroshima, Japan, is a Japanese actor. After graduating from Hiroshima Prefectural Otake High School, he enrolled at Hiroshima University but left before completing his studies.

In 1952, Todoroki became an apprentice to Ichikawa Utaemon. He joined Toei Kyoto the same year and made his acting debut in 1954 with "Hatamoto Taikutsu Otoko: Nazo no Hyakumanryo." He transferred to Toei Tokyo in 1957, where he began appearing in modern films and started his television career with a role in the second season of "Nanairo Kamen."

By 1964, Todoroki had become a freelancer. In the 1970s, he began using his experience to coordinate location shoots for Toei television dramas. Initially, his coordination work was informal, and he was paid as a guest actor. Later, he received formal recognition and compensation for his role as a location coordinator for two-hour dramas.
