She was set to make her debut in April 2015 when Worthy Entertainment (워디 엔터테인먼트) introduced her as part of their new girl group, ACE. They began promoting at various events in order to officially debut the following month. However, she suddenly announced her departure from the agency without any explanation.
She moved to Play Music Entertainment (플레이뮤직엔터테인먼트) and made her debut in August 2017 when she joined as FLASHE's new vocalist with their comeback single album, "FLASHE Season Album". The group had debuted in July 2012 but faced several lineup changes and extended periods of inactivity. Play Music decided to disband them in February 2020 when all the members' contracts had expired.
In 2021, she signed with a new company and decided to become an actress under the stage name Seol Ha Im and, in 2023, had a support role in Disney+'s "Call It Love". By mid-2024, she decided to return to her birth name and later, signed a contract with Moden Berry Korea (모덴베리코리아).
