Sugi Hiroyuki is a former Japanese actor born in Nakano, Tokyo, Japan. He graduated from Myojo Gakuen High School.

Coming from an acting family, his father, Sugi Kyoji, and brothers, Sugi Giichi and Sugi Yukihiko, were also actors, as was his nephew, Sugi Kinya.

Sugi Hiroyuki began his career with the Bungakuza Theater Company before founding the Gekidan Kumo Theater Company in 1963, with which he remained affiliated.
