Hwang Ga Ram is a South Korean singer and member of PINOCCHIO (피노키오) and NEIGHBORHOOD YOUTH (동네청년).

He made his debut in 2011 with the EP, "Memory". He served as guest vocalist for several bands until he was invited to join PINOCCHIO in 2020. The band had debuted in 1992 but faced several lineup changes until he arrived to stabilize the vocalist position. A bit later, he also joined NEIGHBORHOOD YOUTH and now promotes with both bands.
