Tokunaga Reiko, born Sato Reiko (佐藤礼子) in Kawasaki, Kanagawa, Japan, is a former actress. She graduated from Shoei Women's Academy High School and, in 1968, passed the Toho New Faces audition, subsequently becoming a trainee at Toho. That year, she made her acting debut in the TV drama "Dekkai Seishun."

In 1972, she transferred to the Toho Television Division and adopted the name Tokunaga Reiko. She played her first leading role in the CBS drama "Umi no Sachi" in 1974. In 1976, she married a television director and retired from the entertainment industry.
