Lee Ji Ham
- Name: Lee Ji Ham
- Native name: 이지함
- Also Known as: Lee Dong Hoon, Lee Donghoon, Lee Donghun, Lee Jiham, 이동훈
- Nationality: South Korean
- Gender: Male
- Born: February 28, 1993
- Age: 33
He first appeared on TV as a contestant in "Superstar K5", where he reached the Top 10. In early 2017, he participated in the survival show "MIXNINE", making it into the final lineup after finishing in 8th place. However, YG Entertainment decided to cancel the resulting project group, claiming the show was not successful, so debuting a group presented a huge risk for the company.
After switching agencies, he made his debut in May 2017 as A.C.E's main vocalist with their first single album, "Cactus". The group enjoyed initial success thanks to the agency's idea of going busking in Hongdae while covering well-known songs.
He enlisted for his mandatory military service on September 23, 2021, and was discharged on June 22, 2023.
In July 2024, Beat Interactive (비트 인터렉티브) announced that he would join IMFACT's Park Je Up to form the duo D&J (이동훈&박제업). Some days later, they released their first digital single, "I Still".
On March 4, 2025, he had legally changed his name to Lee Ji Ham.
A.C.E’s exclusive contracts with Beat Interactive came to an end on March 31, 2025.
On July 18, 2025, he signed an exclusive contract with Orca Music.
