Lee In Haeng, known professionally as Joo Ei An, is a South Korean singer, dancer, actor, and former member of HALO (헤일로). He is the younger brother of former CO-ED SCHOOL and LE CIEL member Lee Kwang Haeng (now known professionally as Kang Ji Wook).

He made his debut in June 2014 (using his real name) as the group's main rapper with their first single album, "38°C". Unfortunately, Histar Entertainment (하이스타 엔터테인먼트) faced financial issues that prevented the group from promoting more consistently. They went on hiatus in mid-2018 and disbanded in April 2019 when their contracts expired.

In 2022, he made his acting debut with a role in the web drama "The Supernatural Agent".
