Seo Sung Hyuk is a South Korean singer, dancer, and former member of RAINZ (레인즈) and TAN (티에이엔). He graduated from Bucheon Sangwon High School and is enrolled in the Acting program at Baekseok University of Arts.

He participated in the singing survival show "Produce 101 Season 2" and finished in 31st place. However, after the show concluded, fans began petitioning MNet to create a project group with popular contestants outside of the Top 10. So, the Japanese agency KISS Entertainment (キッス・エンタテインメント) took over the fan request.

He made his debut in October 2017 as RAINZ's main vocalist and maknae with their first EP, "Sunshine". The group signed a one-year contract and officially disbanded in October 2018, when they concluded the last group activities in Japan.

He made his acting debut in 2017 with a role in the web drama "3AM Season 2" (새벽세시2).
In 2019, he made his debut as a soloist with the single "Moonlight Song".

In late 2021, he entered the singing survival show "Extreme Debut: Wild Idol" and finished in 4th place, earning a spot in a new project group called TAN. He signed a two-and-a-half-year contract with Think Entertainment (생각엔터테인먼트) and re-debuted in March 2022 with their 1st mini-album "1TAN" as the lead vocalist.

However, the agency became embroiled in several controversies, and all members ended their contracts in June 2024. A few weeks later, leader Lee Chang Sun announced the group's disbandment.

He enlisted for his mandatory military service on January 20, 2025 and will be discharged on July 19, 2026.
