He was rumored as a potential member of the Korean idol group TST (일급비밀; originally known as TOP SECRET), but he decided not to pursue that career and focused on acting instead.
He made his acting debut in September 2017 with a role in the TVBS drama "Age of Rebellion". He has appeared in several movies and dramas ever since.
