Gil Do Hwan is a South Korean singer, dancer and former member of CIIPHER (싸이퍼). He graduated from Myongji High School and, before debuting, spent several years at YG Entertainment as a trainee. He made his debut in 2021 as the group's main vocalist with their first EP "I Like You" (안꿀려).

In August 2023, he left the group after his contract with the agency expired.
