Jo Min Jae, better known mononymously as Minjae, is a South Korean singer, dancer, former member of SPECTRUM (스펙트럼) and current member of TRY (트라이 / トライ). He graduated from Soongsil Cyber University.

He made his debut in May 2018 as SPECTRUM's leader, lead vocalist and main dancer with their first EP, "Be Born". However, shortly after their debut, member Kim Dong Yoon passed away, which generated instability inside the group.

Later, the lack of activities due to the COVID-19 pandemic forced Wynn Entertainment (WYNN 엔터테인먼트) to announce their disbandment in 2020.

He attempted a comeback as an independent trainee but was eliminated in the first audition of survival show "Peak Time".

He then joined 4 other singers from disbanded groups and became the vocalist of TRY. The group began promoting in Japan in January 2024 and has not officially debuted, but they continue to attend many events.
