She made her debut in June 2020 as the group's leader, main dancer, sub-vocalist, sub-rapper, visual and center with their first EP, "We Are".
She went on hiatus twice due to recurring symptoms of anxiety in mid-2021 and early 2022. In June 2022, IST Entertainment (IST엔터테인먼트) announced that she had left the group to focus on receiving treatment and recovering.
She re-debuted as a soloist (using the stage name Yoonie) in April 2024 with the digital single "Yellow Light".
