Ngô Ngọc Hưng, known professionally as Hanbin, is a Vietnamese singer, dancer and member of TEMPEST (템페스트). He graduated from Yen Bai Tran Nhat Duot High School and later obtained a bachelor's degree in Marketing from Hanoi University of Commerce.

Before debuting, he taught himself how to dance and founded the dance group CAC in 2016 (using the stage name Hưng Bin). He then moved to South Korea to pursue a career as an idol and signed with BE:LIFT Lab. He was a contestant in the survival show "I-LAND" but was eliminated just before the finals. After the show, he became the first trainee to get his own online fan event, and he gained a steady fanbase during "I-LAND."

He left the agency in June 2021 and he joined Yuehua Entertainment (위에화엔터테인먼트코리아). He made his debut in March 2022 as TEMPEST's lead vocalist and lead dancer with their first EP, “It's Me, It's We".

They debuted in Japan in April 2024 with the mini-album "Bang!".
