"Est" Supha Sangaworawong is a Thai actor managed by GMMTV (จีเอ็มเอ็มทีวี) and a competitive swimmer. He completed his lower secondary education at Bangkok Christian College and upper secondary education at British International School, Phuket. After graduating from high school, he went on to study public relations at Chulalongkorn University's Faculty of Communication Arts, graduating with first-class honours.

Born in Bangkok, Est began competitive swimming at the age of seven, making it to the Thai national youth team by twelve, and the national team at age eighteen. He won eight gold medals and one silver medal at the 35th National Youth Games in 2019, and represented Thailand in the 30th, 31st and 32nd Southeast Asian (SEA) Games, winning a bronze medal in the 31st SEA Games in 2022, helping to break two national records at the 32nd SEA Games in 2023. He also represented Thailand in the 15th FINA World Swimming Championships and, at the age of 22, competed in the 19th Asian Games in Hangzhou before retiring from the sport.
