Despite always loving music, he never trained during his childhood and instead focused on playing football at a competitive level. He realized his real dream was to become a singer and auditioned to become a member of the South Korean group VERMUDA. The group had debuted in June 2017, but they were looking for a new member as they were having problems finding a steady fanbase.
He was announced as the group's new main vocalist and maknae, but the group did not have any official activity for him to appear. Pacemaker Entertainment (페이스메이커 엔터테인먼트) then decided to quietly disband them in early 2019 due to inactivity. He never released any material as a member of this group.
He then returned to Japan, where he began appearing in stage plays. In 2021, he auditioned for Hidaka Mitsuhiro's (known professionally as SKY-HI) "The First". In August of that year, he was chosen as the fifth member of the new group BE:FIRST. He made his debut in November 2021 with the single "Gifted" under SKY-HI's agency, BMSG (株式会社BMSG).
Since then, he has continued his singing career and has also ventured into acting, modeling, and hosting.
