He graduated from Goyang High School of Arts and studied in the theatre program at Dongguk University before taking a leave-of-absence. He made his TV debut as a child when he appeared in "Dad! Where Are We Going?" (아빠! 어디가?), alongside his father and younger brother. He enlisted for his mandatory military service on June 12, 2023, with a discharge date of December 11, 2024.
