He also won several Best Editing awards from various Awards giving bodies such as URIAN, Metro Manila Film Festival (MMFF), Film Academy of the Philippines (FAP) and Star Awards for Movies.
As Film Director, he has been nominated several times for his exemplary works and received the Best Director Award for the film “Birador” which stars Rudy Fernandez. He has directed more than 20 films. Aside from movies, he also directed television shows for GMA7 Network for more than five years.
