Fillers are stories which won't affect the main plot, that don't matter whether they did or did not happen.

I'd say except the last 2 episodes, it was effing fantastic. Lee Sung Min was fantastic.

It made complete sense. Otherwise people with abilities would no longer be a secret. The government would not allow the explanation that she can miraculously recover to spread. So since she has no wounds, the only 'logical' conclusion would be that she wasn't hurt, so the 17 didn't commit any wrong against her but she did wrong against them. Videos can be dismissed as having been edited. Eyewitnesses can be dismissed as having lied or exaggerated. And it wouldn't be in Hui Soo's or Joo Won's interests to prove their ability to the public.

What are the chances of season 2? Read that it is not good as Disney+ has closed their Korean division.

S3 is more focused on a main plotline rather than case studies so it might be up your alley.
