Yea, Yul so far is underutilized in the plot and aside from the pretty face his actor lacks acting skills and charisma. Compared to ML he's just a pale boring shadow.
Maybe he's gonna go down like SML in Mr. Queen. Or maybe he'll turn to the dark side, or gets possessed. I'm just waiting for something to kickstart his character, but if unrequited love/crush is all they've in store for him it's gonna be very disappointing.

FL actress was in the recent interview where she said they were filming her doing action scenes for a whole week. That was for the last part 1 episodes. So I expect she will regain her powers.

I keep waiting for that guy to become an interesting character, but aside from having a childhood crush on Naksu he doesn't seem to have any plot or character growth. Such a bland character, tbh.
Even bubbly goof Dangu is more entertaining and has some plot going for him - he likes Cho Yeon and sooner or later probably gonna face the decision to inherit position from his uncle or marry into Jin family.

Yea, I can tolerate only CP. But it's because he's a comic relief in the scenes with FL.

They allow guests and their entourage to enter. But they don't allow resident mages to have personal servants, and mages who haven't finished basic training can't leave. Them's the rules.

People are annoyed that more and more characters get intruduced that are pining for the main couple. Their numbers are just getting out of hand. And misunderstandings with these characters concerning their crushes on ML or FL keep eating away at the plot without adding anything useful to it. There were already too many such characters and now they've added one more.

Good question. But so far we've seen only ML's father and King's successful return to their bodies with no consequences. However, it may be because ML's father was in the possession of the Ice Stone at the time. So it is not known how it usually happens when the soul returns to its body. Also, Gil Ju's ritual failed, so maybe something went wrong.

I'm not against other characters pining for the leads. But I'm against so many characters pining for the leads, it's getting ridiculous. It's like if there is a young character that is introduced they immediately gonna fall into one love triangle or the other, lol.

Looks like this new thief character is no real friend of Mu-Deok. She abused Mu-Deok kindness. And Mu-Deok told her about herself, so she's not with amnesia or anything.

Yea, anybody who still ships FL with other characters gotta see that scene again.
ML is also not budging for anybody else, maidservant Kim spilled everything to FL already, lol.

They probably not only gonna do that but also gonna try to marry Uk again with that Heo girl.

Also, I've rewatched the first episode and there was this water dragon scene in the beginning. Maybe nothing, but water dragons are veeeeery popular in Asian folklore and myths. This whole fantasy kingdom is water kingdom as well and everything revolves around water there.
Maybe water dragon is sealed inside the Ice Stone or it is water dragon's egg?

Episode 9 felt like filler one, didn't even show the teased servant competition yet.

And soo many annoying scenes with forced love triangles and side characters pimping ML. Both leads, aside from each other, have 2 admirers each now.
And even side characters got their own love triangles 🤦‍♂️. Why bother with this when it's evident that lead characters are into each other already. Some side characters seem like they don't even have a plot of their own aside from being an annoying SML or SFL that gets in the way of the main couple. That new Heo girl, for example, like all women immediately got interested in a cold bad boy who saved her but doesn't pay her expected attention, she probably already invented everything in her head and gonna get very annoying soon.

But at least something new was shown about Mu-Deok though, confirming already confirmed theory about her being Jin. Out of everything shown I was most interested in what was her connection to ML's father and what she's done to the Ice Stone.
