That is a psychology theory yes but idk if its true, especially in the case of people who might not have good…
But it certainly suggests so about good fathers. Daddy girls start looking for same traits in men when they grow up, both physical and mental. FL here got triggered by similar physical traits, hoping to find mental as well.
noo she wanted to get close to him.. hoping he was a good person bc he looks like her dad but I don’t think…
I didn't say similar looking, but he's also that here. Mi-Ji immediately got triggered. And theory suggests that women also imprint on fathers' physical traits as well.

That theory states that women do that subconsciously, so it really did sound like flirting from her side. I dunno about sexual assault allegations, but can't blame the guy for perceiving it as flirtation signals. That's just messed up.
Watched 3 episodes and the leads are very unlikeable. ML is one of those dumb cops who get fixated on one suspect…
FL's uncle was killed with a weapon that would have certainly left blood splatters on the murderer's clothes and face. FL couldn't have swapped them for identical ones in time, wash herself and then hide them where nobody would find them in time. But looked like nobody even checked for that during the investigation. Irl cops would be sweeping down the whole house, taking samples from FL's body and clothes and checking surrounding neighborhood area and dumpsters to find clues. And they would be doing that vigorously considering her uncle was an ex-cop.
FL is a dumb profiler with main character syndrome, who's fixated on solving her uncle's murder. She used a giant leap of logic to shoehorn a random woman's murder to her uncle's case just because she received a puzzle piece on the same day. For it to be not a coincidence the murderer somehow should have known that the cop wouldn't pick up the phone, that FL would try looking for him at his mother's flat in the same building where the woman was killed, that FL would forget on which parking floor she parked her car, and that she would start peeping in random car's tinted window. I mean, at this point, why couldn't it have been any other random murder which happened on the same day in a capital city where murders happen every day? Sure, for the sake of drama they would make it so that it's connected, doesn't make it look less dumb though.
Watched 3 episodes and the leads are very unlikeable. ML is one of those dumb cops who get fixated on one suspect without properly checking other leads. FL's just an annoying childish weirdo. Seems like they tried using the "quirky genius detective" trope with her, but created this cringe inducing abomination instead, maybe partly due to actress miscast. Furthermore, the plot has plot holes and reaches of logic from the get go.
Wait, what happened with Mi-Rae and that coworker who looked like her dad? Did she really hit on him because he looked like her dad, or something like that? Is this that popular psychological theory that girls, when they grow up, want to hook up with men who are similar to their fathers? That's gonna creep me out now.
I really liked the outfits in here, they were simple but very beautiful and they told a lot about the characters!…
I found it funny that ML never had a single repeat business suit, but his dressing room at home, while roomy, definitely didn't have space to fit them all. Some goes for FL, I don't know where she stored all those clothes and coats in her tiny apartment.
It is not that she can't read or indeed write. She's dyslexic, which is a learning disorder, meaning she has difficulty…
She can't even write a simple sign and clearly didn't read papers given to her by FL. It's a wonder how nobody took advantage of her and squeezed that restaurant business from her.
I doubt it will be soon. Gotta keep the intrigue. But I’m thinking it’s FL’s senior at work who was bullied before her. He said she helped him a lot with something and it’s the only thing that comes to mind.
I hate these fake teaser reveals that quickly fizzle out as misunderstandings in the next episode. They are probably going to marinate ML in the dark until the end. Getting kinda annoying.
Overall this drama was rather boring and repetitive. The ending was lackluster as well. Romance just didn't work, zero chemistry, shouldn't have even bothered. ML overacted too much, FL has the same "serious&worried" face in all her dramas. I liked the king best here. A 7 at best to put it generously.
He's a good guy, but I never liked romances that are "out of sight, out of mind". It's always either the existence…
Yea. Same problem. But to be fair, she felt rejected by him all these years after that event where she hurt her leg and saw him with her sister. And she never knew he was into her, he never told her. So she thought it was hopelessly one sided. She also had a ton of self hatred and low self esteem baggage to sort out in those 10 years, several of which she lived a total shut in. She probably felt like she didn't deserve him or something, so never got in touch with him.
