It's funny how BL treats the same behaviour differently depending on who's doing it. If an old, wealthy man sponsors young actors to sleep with him, he's a disgusting villain. If a young, rich, handsome lead does it, it's suddenly "Love" and "romance." The apparent hero and the villain are essentially doing the same thing here, yet only the old man gets condemned, while the hero's actions are excused as love.

I'm pretty sure there are more series with healthy couples than vice versa. As a fan of dark romances, I'm delighted…
What the actual fu*k, does that author have issues with their brain or something?

I just realised the terrible mistake of starting this series this early; I thought it would be 2 episodes per week, but it's only 1 ep, and the last ep is on Sep 11, that's like 2 months from now – pure hell.

It's honestly funny watching everyone around Little Jane call Big Jane a monster when they're the ones doing truly monstrous things. They commit terrible acts, then turn around and beg Big Jane for help when it's time to face the consequences. Take Tee, for example. In the novel, he didn't just go to jail for embezzlement and cheating in exams, but also for having a sexual relationship with a 13-year-old minor. Those were his own actions, and he was punished because of what he did. Yet the moment he's caught, he blames Big Jane instead. Typical scum human behaviour, refusing to take responsibility and looking for someone else to blame.

A bittersweet serial killing sounds like the better ending.

If I hear the word “soup” coming out of this doormat again, I am throwing hands. Bitch, fuck them all, and just run away; being a beggar on the street is better than whatever this sex-slave shit that's going on. ML is a scum; just poison his damn soup..............
Sorry for the outburst; I need to vent

This is so good; the acting is really good, something that rarely happens in Thai BL. This month has been so good for Bl fans.
Finished the novel. I don't understand how they are going to include all 4 acts and side stories into 12 episodes.

The fuck was that second episode? That was stupid as hell. I'm dropping it for now. Maybe I'll come back once it's finished so I can binge it at 10x speed.
The storyline makes absolutely no sense. What do you mean Phat has lived his entire life without knowing a single thing about the ABO world until he's fully grown? Yet his beta friend who has zero reason to know all this information, somehow knows every single detail and has to explain it to him? The logic is completely backwards. It feels like the writers made the MC clueless just so they could dump exposition on the audience, and it comes off as lazy writing instead of natural world-building.

Really happy for you; I need some healthy C-drama with only fluff and romance. I watched a YouTube video of the upcoming Chinese adaptation; it's trauma after trauma after trauma.

It started great, but then it completely derailed into a mess. China has some of the most beautifully written danmei, with genuinely healthy relationships and compelling storylines. It honestly frustrates me that it's always the toxic, trashy novels that end up getting adaptations, while so many incredible stories with well-developed, healthy couples are ignored. I checked the upcoming adaptations, and somehow they just keep getting more and more toxic. It reminds me of the old days when almost every BL ended in tragedy just to reinforce a pessimistic image of the genre for the general public. It's disappointing to see history repeating itself in a different way.

At your mercy 🌚What type of spoilers would you like?
Please tell me if it's a happy ending, how toxic is P Jane and does he hurt little Jane's family.

So, so good, such an enjoyable watch; this is such a perfect binge-watch series. In love with FL and ML chemistry. Their kisses made me swoon. Will rewatch again and again.

So far, so good; I am loving the chemistry. They are too hot to look at on screen. I am very happy they are almost 100 % sticking to the original materials. BL gods have been especially kind this june and July.
